Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and QECNet ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our quantum-secure cybersecurity services, website, and related applications.
Important Notice
By accessing or using QECNet services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
QECNet Services
Quantum-Secure Cybersecurity Solutions
QECNet provides enterprise cybersecurity services including:
- Quantum-Secure Key Management System (QSKMS)
- SecureBridge data collaboration platform
- Sentinel UEBA behavioral analytics
- Compliance and audit automation
- Secure file transfer services
- Professional consulting and support
Service Availability
Services are provided globally with data centers in Switzerland, USA, UAE, and Singapore. Service availability may vary by region and is subject to local regulations and technical limitations.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Legitimate business cybersecurity purposes
- Protecting organizational data and systems
- Compliance with applicable regulations
- Authorized security testing and monitoring
- Educational and research activities
Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activities or criminal purposes
- Unauthorized access to third-party systems
- Malware distribution or cyberattacks
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Circumventing security measures
Data Processing and Privacy
Quantum-Secure Data Protection
All customer data is protected using quantum-resistant encryption algorithms and stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and regional privacy regulations.
Data Sovereignty
Customers may specify data residency requirements. QECNet maintains data processing facilities in multiple jurisdictions to support sovereign data requirements.
Data Retention
Customer data is retained according to service agreements and legal requirements. Customers may request data deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
QECNet Proprietary Rights
QECNet retains all rights, title, and interest in:
- Quantum-secure algorithms and cryptographic methods
- Software platforms, applications, and user interfaces
- Documentation, training materials, and methodologies
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
- Patents and trade secrets
Customer Data Rights
Customers retain all rights to their data processed through QECNet services. QECNet does not claim ownership of customer data and uses it solely to provide contracted services.
Service Level Commitments
Availability Guarantees
- • Enterprise Services: 99.9% uptime SLA
- • Critical Infrastructure: 99.99% uptime SLA
- • Planned maintenance windows excluded
- • Service credits for SLA violations
Support Response Times
- • Critical (P1): <1 hour response
- • High (P2): <4 hours response
- • Medium (P3): <24 hours response
- • Low (P4): <72 hours response
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QECNET BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
QECNet's total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by Customer to QECNet in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Termination by Customer
Customers may terminate services at any time with appropriate notice as specified in service agreements. Data export and deletion procedures will be followed upon termination.
Termination by QECNet
QECNet may suspend or terminate services for: (1) material breach of Terms, (2) non-payment of fees, (3) prohibited use of services, or (4) legal or regulatory requirements.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland, under Swiss arbitration rules.
Customers in specific jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, which remain unaffected by these Terms where such laws apply.

Terms Updates
QECNet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of services after Terms updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
